Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are usually processed the same day. All other orders are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery times

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days
  • Belgium, Germany and neighbouring EU countries: 2-5 business days
  • Other European Union countries: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs inspections or busy periods may extend delivery, and we will keep you informed if we learn of a delay.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate by destination: USD 8.00 for Standard or USD 15.00 for Express in the Netherlands, USD 9.95 for the European Union, and USD 19.95 for the rest of the world. The available option and exact cost are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Tracking

Shipments include a tracking number. You receive it by email once the parcel leaves our warehouse, and you can follow the parcel on the carrier's website.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped from the European Union. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may be charged by the destination country; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Undeliverable parcels

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment; the additional shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Missing or damaged shipments

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact contact@jandevice.shop within 14 days and we will start an investigation with the carrier and find a solution.
