Refund policy

14-day return window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. This is also the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union. The return window starts on the day you, or a third party named by you, receive the goods. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, you may return the item on the next business day.

Conditions for a return

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
• You may open and inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may deduct a reasonable amount for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
• Hygiene products, personal care items, gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for hygiene or legal reasons.

How to start a return

Email contact@jandevice.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior notice may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to post the credit.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is free for returns that follow the rules above. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we also cover the cost of the return and the replacement. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under the 14-day return policy above.
